- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address (if provided), and authentication credentials through Firebase Authentication. You may also use our Service anonymously.
- User Content: We collect videos and images that you upload to our Service for the purpose of generating AI-powered video content.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Service, including device type, operating system, and app interactions.
- Payment Information: If you make purchases, payment processing is handled by RevenueCat and Apple/Google. We do not store your payment card details directly.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party service providers to operate our Service:
- fal.ai: We use fal.ai as our AI processing provider to generate video content. When you submit videos and images for processing, this content is sent to fal.ai's servers for AI generation. fal.ai processes your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested video output.
- Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication, database (Firestore), and file storage. Your account information and generated content are stored on Firebase servers.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat for subscription and in-app purchase management.
- Apple/Google: Depending on your platform, Apple App Store or Google Play processes your payments.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service
- To process your video generation requests
- To manage your account and subscriptions
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
We DO NOT:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Use your uploaded content for any purpose other than generating your requested videos
- Share your content publicly without your consent
- Use your content to train AI models (content is processed and discarded after generation)
5. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account.
- Generated Content: Your generated videos and character images are stored in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
- Input Content: Videos and images you upload for processing are stored temporarily during processing and in your account storage.
- Processing Data: Content sent to fal.ai for processing is not retained by them after processing is complete.
6. Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your data at any time:
How to Delete Your Data
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data through the Settings page in the app. Navigate to Settings > Delete Account.
- Email Request: You can also request data deletion by emailing us at contact@motion-ai.app. Please include your account email or user ID, and we will process your request within 30 days.
Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining credits or active subscriptions will be forfeited.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
